Project overview

Laura Rosholt is a conversion copywriter for course creators, operating under her agency, Girl Talk. Laura sought a website that was both feminine and bold – daring and fearless – to captivate her ideal clients and demonstrate her expertise in conversion copywriting.

I blended black and white photography with the striking red of Girl Talk’s colour palette, enhanced with gold and beige accent tones and a marble texture to create a luxurious feel. Drawing inspiration from high-end fashion brands and magazines, I crafted a website that positions Laura’s agency as the go-to expert in her field.

Website design elements

Laura’s primary goal for her website is to increase service inquiries for her three packages and attract more clients. Additionally, she aims to boost sign-ups for her email newsletter.

To achieve this, I prominently featured her service offering in the hero section, followed by a detailed listing of her agency’s three packages.

Further down the page, I included information about Laura and Girl Talk, highlighting key beliefs and how Laura can assist clients. This section includes two strong calls to action: one to read Laura’s full story and another to get in touch.

To build trust and credibility, I incorporated a client testimonial as social proof.

Finally, I added a sign-up box for Laura’s newsletter, strategically placed on a black and white typewriter image to draw attention.
