Permission To Rest

A yoga & menopause training business

When Clevedon-based Emma Graham approached me to help create the brand identity and website for her new business, Permission to Rest, I immediately connected with her vision.

As a yoga nidra instructor and menopause trainer, Emma’s work focuses on creating nurturing spaces for women to embrace rest, unlocking creativity and sustaining energy. She wanted her brand to reflect this ethos while standing out in a professional, crowded market.

Together, we built a website and brand identity that serve as a nurturing online home for her transformative work, empowering women to rest and recharge.

Challenge

Emma’s new business, Permission to Rest, needed a website and brand that truly reflected her holistic approach to wellness. She wanted a visual identity that conveyed the calming, restorative energy of yoga nidra, while also addressing the unique challenges women face during menopause.

It was important to create a space that was both welcoming and professional, standing out in the wellness industry while staying true to her nurturing ethos.

Approach

To bring Emma’s vision to life, we embraced design elements that reflect the essence of her yoga nidra practice and the peaceful moments she fosters for her clients. The colour palette draws inspiration from the serene tones of golden hour, evoking warmth, tranquility and renewal. The circular and crescent shapes of the logo, symbolising the sun and moon, were chosen to represent cyclical rest and rebirth –anchoring the brand in the natural rhythms of life.

The soft hues and golden tones of the colour palette create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting calm and trust. Together with the intuitive website design, we ensured a smooth, simple navigation experience where visitors can easily explore resources, book classes and learn about Emma’s services – without feeling overwhelmed.

Solution

The new website and brand identity have provided Emma with a strong digital presence that aligns with her mission and helps her grow her business with confidence. The cohesive design and messaging ensure Emma stands out as a professional in a busy, competitive market, giving her the credibility needed to attract like-minded clients who resonate with her approach to yoga nidra and menopause support.

The website has helped build trust and credibility, essential qualities in the wellness industry, while providing a polished, user-friendly experience that instills confidence in her clients. With a brand that authentically reflects her values, Emma is now able to market her business with assurance, knowing that her website and brand truly represent who she is and the transformative work she does.
